Return Policies
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do everything we can to be certain you are one hundred percent satisfied. However, the unique aspects of many of our products requires us to have a limited return policy. We cannot accept returns on herbicides and other chemicals due to regulatory and safety restrictions. If the product is not what you ordered, we will replace it with the desired product at no extra cost to you. For items other than herbicides or chemicals that cost less than $150, if you are not satisfied with the item and it is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, let us know within 30 days and you may return it within 45 days of receipt for a full refund - no questions asked! Larger items or items that cost more than $150 may be subject to a restocking fee. If the value of the product is over $150.00 please contact us for shipping or return instructions. Some items, such as fish feeders, aerators, and fountains, are covered by the manufacturers warranty and may need to be returned to the manufacturer. Because we only sell top quality products, problems with these items are rare.

Lake Management Services are available in Georgia and South Carolina, including fountain and aeration system service and installation, fish stocking, water quality testing, weed and algae control, electrofishing surveys, drain system repairs and installation, and all your pond management needs. Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that there is a problem, and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipments
Most packages ship UPS or FedEx ground. If faster service is needed please call. Ground delivery normally ships within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order (except weekends). Aeration systems and fountains take longer. Back-orders, drop shipments, special orders and live plants are excluded. Shipping rates are as follows, except for fish feeders:
